Charles L. Evans is the ninth president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In that capacity, he serves as a voting member of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), the Federal Reserve System’s monetary policymaking body. President Evans will present his remarks before approximately 300 business and civic leaders attending the RSVP-required luncheon event. Attendees will also hear about recent and planned activities of the Columbus Economic Development Board, the lead local economic development organization for Columbus and Bartholomew County, Indiana.
